ARE THESE PROPOSED LAWS FROM 2022 ALREADY BEING CONSIDERED BY THE NEW ADMIN?
I just heard from Prof. Nazar at https://covidandvaxfaqs.substack.com/p/fraud-is-killing-china/comment/99309414. He left a long list of links that you may like to check out. I think most of them are good info, but the ones on economics I’m more skeptical of, because I like Rodger Mitchell’s info on Monetary Sovereignty at https://MythFighter.com. Rodger has 10 suggestions for perfecting the U.S. economy, ending the increasing gap between the super-rich and the rest of us. 3 years ago, Prof. Nazar posted Laws to exit planet prison. You can check out his Substack at https://scientificprogress.substack.com/archive. I fed his article into AI and asked it to summarize Prof. Nazar’s 16 laws. So you can see what you think of them. Offhand, they look good, except, again, #5 regarding “real money”, since all official money is real and it’s all fiat, as Liz Harris once said. If it’s backed by assets, then the assets can be bought by the rich, and then the economy runs too low on money. I think the new admin is working on some of these good laws and I think RFK at HHS is working on some of the health-related ones. So maybe Prof. Nazar can get together with some other experts to revise the list. My previous post suggests that we who are not super-rich need to unify and take back our representatives in the government so we can stop the super-rich from stealing all our wealth and restore decent living standards for us all.
Proposed Laws
Global Moratorium Against Gain-of-Function (GoF): Ban all level 3 and 4 labs to prevent research on dangerous pathogens, including GoF and artificial selection to increase lethality or contagiousness. Define self-spreading vaccines and vaccines in GMO food as stealth GoF. Create an international organization with strong supervisory power, similar to nuclear agreements.
Leave the WHO: Withdraw from the World Health Organization (WHO) and ideally the UN. If not possible, reject modifications to the International Health Regulations and any legally binding treaty within the UN system unless approved by a supermajority in Congress with reservation of sovereignty. Ban governments from granting power to the WHO or any non-national organization to approve vaccines, treatments, and medicines. Fight for a scientific definition of epidemic and pandemic.
Food and Water Safety: Ban false labeling based on Codex Alimentarius. Require clear labeling of foods with substances like 'Apeel' and dangerous components. Ban insects in food manufacturing. Ban carcinogenic and toxic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers or label trace amounts and mandate independent safety studies. Label GMOs with detailed genomic modifications and require animal testing and follow-up for at least 10 years. Limit patent rights on GMO or hybrid seeds. Ban culling of chickens for viruses that don't affect humans. Mandate periodic water testing for forever chemicals.
Anti-Discrimination: Ban mandates, disclosure, and any coercion related to vaccination, treatments, and medicines. Refusing them should not be considered a mental disease.
Allow Real Money, Ban CBDCs: Prohibit Central Banks from issuing Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs). Allow states to issue real, asset-backed money. Eliminate legal tender and allow competition among real currencies with a stable exchange rate. No currency should be linked to vaccination or carbon quotas.
Anti-Conspiracy Law: Mandate public disclosure of membership to secret societies requiring obedience, like masonic lodges. Criminalize non-compliance and treat members like double agents. Penalties should be severe for stakeholders in government, media, finance, and armed forces.
Anti-Emergency Law: Emergency powers can only be invoked for civil war or external aggression, proportionate to the minimum powers needed, and backed by a supermajority of Congress and the Supreme Court.
Pro-Democracy Law: Implement triple vote count (manual, machine, online confirmation). Ban government debt with penalties to anyone involved. Ban corporations and foundations from funding parties and limit individual contributions. Democratize taxes by anonymizing wealth, eliminating corporate tax-deductibles for the rich, and taxing foundations/trusts not used for the common good and tax havens. Give more power to the people through direct townhall democracy and direct spending, or vouchers for health, food, roof, and security. Implement edu-vouchers.
Defamation Law: Replace fuzzy defamation with narrowly defined rules that guarantee freedom of speech and journalism and the right to force a judge to investigate serious allegations. Reporting suspicion of corruption should not be considered defamation if it enables further investigation. Entities (corporations, government, etc.) are banned from suing for defamation and may only sue for damages. Voting-machine companies should be barred from suing for damages, or the service should be run by the government.
Anti Legal Immunity: Declare null the legal immunity to the injection manufacturers due to fraud, negligence or lack of a homogeneous product formulation and production. Repeal all past immunity and ban future immunity laws to corporations, NGOs or international organizations.
Statistical Transparency: All data must be public and real-time. Death certificates must be anonymized and uploaded in full, including the primary cause of death. The same for all clinical records, lab tests, medications/vaccination by brand and dose. An independent organization must control the integrity of the database.
Vaccine injury reports should be a simple web form and take 3 minutes with compulsory follow-up and autopsy (if allowed by relatives) to prove or disprove connection. Data should be open and discriminate by brand and dosage.
Agencies should report batch analysis in detail: date, brand, traceability, type of analysis, type of instruments, instrumental maintenance and calibration, etc.
Prosecution Law for Injuries and Damages: Enable a simple, fast, free, class action and prosecution lane, against all the responsible command line, from top to bottom, for COVID development, lockdowns, haccines, negligence, malpractice, malfeasance, censorship, blocking life saving information, disinformation, malinformation, incentivizing what injured, disincentivizing what cured or saved lives, conspiracy, corruption, treason, etc. Use for compensation, the corporate or personal seized assets in proportion to their guilt.
Amnesty for the first higher ranking (max 100?) whistleblowers in the medical colleges, first in the law societies, etc., so that the majority, those that committed the worst crimes consciously don't escape justice.
Investigation and punishment for the Bluetooth nano-routers injected through COVID vaccines and other means.
